I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data by Perm
State University under Federal Law No.152-FZ, “On Personal
Data,” of July 27, 2006, including in an automated mode, in
order to grant me access to the web site. I also agree to the
use of my data by Perm State University staff members for the
following purposes: for sending me documents and marketing
letters notifying me about services and software products,
promotional events, invitations to seminars, exhibitions, and
other events held by Perm State University; and for building
databases that are non-transferrable to third parties.
List of personal data, for which agreement to the processing
was granted: Last name, first name, email, phone number,
title, company name, where the Applicant is employed
I confirm my agreement to the following actions with personal
data: collection, systemization, accumulation, storage,
specification (update, change), usage, impersonalization,
blocking, personal data destruction, as well as other actions,
required for personal data processing within the framework of
paragraph 1 of this agreement.
This agreement shall remain in force until written notice of
its withdrawal is received by Perm State University. The
Applicant may withdraw this agreement by sending a notice in
writing. The Applicant agrees that during the specified period
Perm State University is not obliged to stop processing
personal data and destruct Applicant's personal data. The
withdrawal has no retroactive effect with regard to personal
data processed before the effective date of the withdrawal.
My agreement with the aforementioned is confirmed by the
selection of the corresponding check box in the registration
form.
